Larsen was a little man who was trying to impress Black. He was also short on morals and deserved to be arrested and tried for his part in the proceedings.
Perfect description, Phrynne. I have no idea why Trish was married to him.
It was a bit fuzzy at the end as to whether he was going to be tried as an accessory.

Scott was really a smarmy customer, imho. Black was on another level of badness - what a horrid duo.
I think Scott was greedy and knew he could make money letting Black use his facility. He is an idiot. I wondered why Trish put up with him?
He was obsessed with money and status.
By the way, you can live in any one of the 50 states and know Florida's history with hurricanes. How could this idiot not buy hurricane insurance?

...smarmy and a cheapskate...what a husband and provider. How did he duck out on the insurance if he financed the addition? Something definitely fishy with that business of his.
