I am still wondering about two threads that were never resolved...
Whats up with George recognizing Boyd was left handed?
Who/why was the handcar/Robert stuff there. Was there some 1929 Chicago politician who benefited from a handcar incident?
Hackman's family was a Midwest newspaper one, and this book may have seen revisions before publication, is this just leftover stuff that was initially planned to be resolved, but never was?
