I'll be finishing by book up by this weekend and i'm starting a smallish book soon, so I hopefully can fly through it.
sorry ive been kind of m.i.a, im about half way through 3-4 books. I guess you could say im in a bit of a book slump.
Hi Dana good to hear from you! Sorry to hear about your reading slump though :( those are the worst!!
yeah and the books i'm reading are not even bad, im just not in the right mood for them. i just hope i dont end the month with 5 books at 75% lol. ill try to focus!
Finished my first book, review should be up tomorrow. Straight onto book 2, which is a buddy read!Dana, sorry to hear about your slump, those are the worst :( Hopefully you're cured soon!
Andrea, I'm so glad it's good, I'm waiting for my copy to arrive at the moment and I'm SO EXCITED!! :D
Victoria- EoS is AMAZING!!! If you liked queen of shadows I'm pretty sure you will love this even more. There is so much action it is crazy. I'll be finishing it really soon I have less than 200 pages. Dana- you can totally finish them all by the end of the month! There's still like 20 days just don't start too many hahaha.
I'll be starting my audiobook of The Young elites next as well as continuing with the Fruits Basket graphic novels! :) EoS was amazing and I highly recommend the Throne of Glass series to you all :D
Yeah I know, I was just hoping one would turn out to be amazing and I would speed through it in two days and be out of my slump. Maybe I should jump back into the throne of glass series. I have read the first two books and own the first four.
Dana definitely do it! The books start to pick up with the third and especially with Queen of Shadows!!! Heir of Fire has a lot of emotions and stuff so be warned it can be hard to read and slow because of that but it was my favorite before EoS. Queen of Shadows was literally like non-stop action and suspense and damn EoS picked right up on that and slammed it home. Holy crap.
I've attempted to pick up and get through a few things this weekend and couldn't get into anything. Finally picked up And The Trees Crept In and am hooked!

Hope you enjoy that and good luck with Demorn. I had a really hard time getting through it. it took forever because of how confusing it was! And I really wanted to love it at least it was way better than Survivor of the rain.

Hope yo..."
I'm having a hard time getting into Demorn, honestly. And I was really excited for a different kind of SF/Fantasy story. But I'm going to try to get a little farther...
It's very interesting, but just so confusing! I still need to finish the second. I've only read 10 pages of it so far and that was in july xD
So I'm still reading the Young Elites. hoping to finish it this Saturday and start Lab Girl on Sunday! I'm also gonna start my physical copy of ACOMAF too in two days. That will be slow going tho. And I still have the rest of the fruits basket series to get through plus The Raven King on the 24th... I think this will probably fill out the rest out the rest of my month guys :)
I finished And The Trees Crept In... I still haven't decided how I felt about it. It was good though. I also picked up The House on Mango Street. I really recommend it. It was very nostalgic for me.
Right now I'm reading an adult mystery, The Couple Next Door. I'm feeling the creepy vibes these days. After this, I think I'm going to pick up Ink and Ashes.
I have a review that I'll be putting up as soon as I'm feeling better, and I'm onto my next book :) Both are buddy reads!
I have read absolutely nothing this week... I have been so overwhelmed with work and just getting out of the house when I can that I've not touched anything. Ugggh. Well, there's always the weekend. :/
It took me forever to get through the young elites because of school too so I totally understand! I'm currently reading The Raven King because my Ipod was dead when I went running last night so I'll be reading that/Lab Girl this weekend :)
