Hi i'm looking for a book I started reading not long ago but lost.

I remember that the heroine dated the heros brother who where twins. Though heroine actually liked hero but was confused and somehow ended up with his twin. Anyways the story goes by her getting pregnant (she was raped) and claiming it was the twin brothers and wanting to get married to him. Everyone calls bullshit (heros family) and throw her out so she leaves and comes back years later. And of course everyone eventually ends up finding out why she did it and forgive her. Oh and I think this is the secong book in the series the first books is heros twin book
