I 're-read the first half of the story

now onto book 2 (updating from kindle so hoping tags work)

Shade(view spoiler)[ wow that was surprising - so suddenly learn that he wasn't nice and everyone hated him. he was so sweet to her. I was less worries he kept dinner parties and stupid boys from her - I think many of the people in the book are a good example of why he'd want to protect her from them but she is also young and so angry and quick to run her mouth - dangerous traits - I just think of if as him protecting her (hide spoiler)]

salt(view spoiler)[ I still dint trust him. He hurt and manipulated her so much - he isolated her and fed her lies and was also violent to her at times. I still dint trust him or believe anything he tells her (hide spoiler)]

I can't(view spoiler)[ lie....I just think the two of them would NOT being talking about a relationship. it honestly feels so silly and unrealistic. I mean, seriously, where does White think this relationship would go? she seems so immature all the time - constantly mad when he tries to do anything (hide spoiler)]

Cheryl(view spoiler)[ that moment in the bag was pretty scary - knocking white around and having her bleed. i thougth Kes was going to have to go get her! (hide spoiler)]

Colony(view spoiler)[ it should be interesting to see how the other colony lucked out (hide spoiler)]

and(view spoiler)[ I'm not sure where I see this story going.
I mean, I hope white gets to get big again and not be small...but I'm not sure she wants that

I found(view spoiler)[ that I thought White was more frustrating with this one. near the end, she's finally 22 and I think she still acts like a 12 year old - throwing tantrums and not letting him talk

I also(view spoiler)[ can't get behind him being a grown man...and not moving on from her. the last part felt so rushed and then...laughable. no way was he giving his life for a 6 inch girl. I just couldn't picture it (hide spoiler)]
