Good job Jon, but it felt like the worst spot to take a meeting. Someone could have pushed you off the wall. tut tut tut.

Selsye you are a crazy women.

Does anyone think Val is right about the grey scale?

Ria (ban1chka) | 440 comments I don't know, this thing about Shireen is creeping me out. So is the fool. I wonder why he keeps sayong these things. The Drowned God must have spit him out of the sea. I wonder if what he's saying really makes sense, or if he's just talking gibberish. What really happened to him in that sea?

Jon is making all the right decisions, but his people don't understand and he'll suffer for it.

One thing I have to say about how George R.R. Martin writes is that he does like to show you behind the 'bad guy' - with Tormund losing 2 of his sons.

I seriously am not a fan of Selyse.

I really like Val. I think she is right about the grey scales. I think something really bad is going to happen with this kid.

So my delayed reaction: do you think something will awaken the grey scales in winter?

RJ - Slayer of Trolls (hawk5391yahoocom) I've been thinking for a while that the fool is not what he seems, and I keep wondering when we will find out more about him.

As for Greyscale and Shireen, it will be interesting to see how that plays out too. GRRM doesn't seem to do anything by accident.

There are so many "side quests" going on in addition to the epic main storyline that I just don't see how he can wrap this all up in two more books, especially since half of every chapter is devoted to establishing the setting then describing what each character is wearing and eating.
