Jon your enemies are growing! I don't know what to say. You are thinking wisely, and you understand the bigger problem, but your men are so narrow minded. AHHH the agony. You are just waiting for the worst to happen.

Oh, wow. I agree with you, Alex. Jon is doing the right thing, but his men don't see that. He's making a huge mistake by ignoring their distrust. This will only get worse.

Jon makes a valid point when they're bothered by who he's choosing as his squire. There are so many brothers who have done worse things!
I understand what Jon is trying to do, but he's not realizing what the payment for that will be. His people don't trust or believe him. That and he's not being entirely upfront with what his actual plan is. This could backfire!
That would be great to see Tormund come over to Jon's side. Now let's see if it happens...
