Anna Faversham (annafaversham) | 21 comments One Dark Night (Dark Moon #1) by Anna Faversham
is 0.99 until midnight on 2nd August 2024 for those in the UK and US.
Is it worth buying? Well it’s won a Readers’ Favorite Bronze Award and here’s a review from a Goodreads’ member:
Anna Faversham not only has a wonderful magical imagination, she does her research well. Her descriptions are so vivid I felt like I was there watching and listening to the voices, the sea, and the flute. I highly recommend this book to all lovers of history or romance.
Under a Dark Star (The Dark Moon #2) by Anna Faversham
also 0.99 until midnight on 2nd August in the UK and US
Want to know more about what Karl, Daniel and Lucy get involved with? Here’s a 5 star review from Readers’ Favorite:
Author Anna Faversham has crafted a riveting romantic novel that immersed me in a world of suspense, intrigue, and moral ambiguity where the right path is hard to see, but well worth finding. The author's vivid descriptions and rich historical detail gripped me right away and brought the setting to life, evoking a sense of urgency and danger with each turn of the page. The complex dynamics between the characters, particularly the fraught relationship between Karl and Daniel, were authentically penned with distinct character voices, exploring themes of redemption, loyalty, and the consequences of past actions in a naturalistic fashion. The relentless pursuit of justice against the backdrop of smuggling operations and the tyranny of the Dark Star is an exciting premise that gives a lot of complex and interesting story dynamics, and the challenges that the smuggling world presents to the characters kept me captivated throughout. Overall, Under a Dark Star is a highly recommended read that lingers in the mind long after the final chapter.
One Dark Soul (The Dark Moon #3) by Anna Faversham
Just when life’s looking good, someone comes along and spoils it – big time!
Here’s another review from the respected Readers’ Favorite website:
Author Anna Faversham uses a keen sense of character and nuance to craft a deeply emotional journey that fully explores the impact of despair and the importance of resilience. The plot is paced to slowly build on intertwining elements of love, betrayal, and redemption against the backdrop of historical tumult, which is crafted to match the mood of each scene to the emotional tone of the action taking place. Faversham's prose is evocative and rich as a result, drawing readers into the turbulent lives of Lucy, Karl, and Daniel as they grapple with their inner demons and external threats, and there’s never a dull moment as we get more and more invested in them as people. The suspenseful plot kept me on the edge of my seat, while the exploration of dark, wounded hearts leaves a strong impression and a conclusion to the trilogy that fans of the existing series will no doubt find satisfying. Overall, One Dark Soul is a highly recommended read for fans of compelling historical fiction that’s packed with depth and emotion.

So you can buy all 3 books in the Dark Moon Series for 2.97 (US & UK) or 0.99 each or you can read for FREE if you belong to Kindle Unlimited.

Enjoy your sunny days and curl up with some good books on your Kindle. Thanks to all those who've read them already and huge thanks to those who have left good reviews.
