I absolutely love Mave but oh my goodness! I love how she gets hurt and has to go through that struggle and it doesn't show disability as worthlessness which is especially cool in a medieval fantasy! The way that she legitimately gets back on the horse and goes into battle while being a paraplegia is terrifying and empowering for all but especially one in the disabled community!

She is a true inspiration for me and can't wait to share the story with my friend who struggles with disability
