Follow Each Other on Twitter?

Not sure if this is allowed here, but what if we supported each other as authors/beta readers by following each other on Twitter? Not only a great way to show support, but also to keep updated on how their books are doing, etc.

I'm very new to Twitter and just opened my account last week. I'd love for it to be a way of connecting with other aspiring writers.
