I love metal work... I'll have to send you pics of some work I already have. How you guys make such pieces from a lump of metal... blows my mind! So creative! I would just end up in the emergency room with burns and cuts, and my husband lecturing, "How many times do I have to tell you to face the blow torch AWAY from your body?"

So... I didn't get a definitive answer about my trees from the gallery owner, but it wasn't a no either. From what I was told by the owner's cousin, when he's not interested, he sends you on your way with a "thanks for letting me see your work." He told me that he'd have to discuss my work with the other owners. So... there's hope!

Currently I'm getting more into the trenches of Goodreads, and I'm really enjoying it so far.
A few years back I published Tokyo Longing: A Host Club Romance:
and now I'm gearing up to publish another book called "Picture Me This"-- all about a hot photography teacher and one of his students *squee*Before publishing I'm trying to understand PR and all that better... Gosh it's a jungle out there. Currently waiting for Goodreads to accept my account as a writer's account even. Sometimes it feels as though I have no idea of what I'm doing, haha :)

Hi Marina! Welcome to our group:) I love the titles of your books, especially Picture Me This, because it deals with a hot photographer. So creative. I love to try and be creative with my titles too.
And I'm still hacking away in this crazy jungle as well. That's why it's great to have support like groups like this.

Haha, a map sounds wonderful! The only things I've found so far have been blog entries from other authors here and there, but everything gets outdated quite qickly.And thank you Amanda! I must confess I like your titles too. They're very sweet and to the point :)
