Hello, everyone.My name is Julio, although, as an author, I intend to be called "J.H. Mac'Al".
I am 25 years old and currently live in Brazil, but I’ve written my two finished manuscripts in English. I've chosen to do so because the market here is very unwelcoming and for multiple other reasons. When I was fifteen years old, I started reading, watching and hearing everything in English.
My second manuscript has reached completion, and the more I try to get it published, the more I find I have dedicated too much of time to writing and none to an online presence – ironically, a writer has to dedicate less time to writing, these days.
So here I am, researching, when I found this group. Hopefully, I can find some help with you, authors. The struggle is real.
One day, I hope the world will be able to read about “Shiver”.
Thank you, and where can I start? Can I talk about my book, here?

Hello Everyone,Thanks Annie for inviting me. I write contemporary romance featuring characters who are neuro and/or physically diverse. I have had a 20+career as a social worker and have always loved romance novels. I wanted to see characters based on the people I have always known. So I wrote some books.
Looking forward to weaseling my way into some of the great discussions I see here.

Hi! I'm Alyne, I am both a writer and avid reader of romance. I really, really need to update my book list. I recently self-published my first novel, The Island: a MMF romance. It's steamy, but focused more on the relationships and love than sex. I really look forward to interacting and participating with this group! I had a vacation recently. I was so nice. But it wore off within hours of coming home.

Anyways, I'm a book blogger who loves cyber-meeting new authors - real meeting would be epic, but I live in a city where 1. It's mostly French and 2. Well it's in Canada, where there are rarely author events.
I love reading romance of all kinds, which is why I'm here! Also because Annie, Jane, and India are here lol - if I know anyone else in here, you're also the reason *wink*.
