Merge function down?

Anyone else experiencing problems with merging?

I separated 3 editions of Paradise Lost earlier today and merged two of them into the most complete record. One merge went through two hours later, which is now over 10 hours ago. The other merge still hasn't happened. I suppose I should have waited with the second merge until the first one was completed?

I'll be more patient next time, rivka. I think what happened was that the first book merged into the other book that was up for deletion, and I confused the system.

Today merging is still incredibly slow.
Yesterday it was even worse for me, and all those merges were not very popular books.

Just took an hour to merge, not happy. But at least I'm not alone.
