Before I decided to on my presidential choice, I read this book.

I had read Clinton's It Takes a Village (10 years ago). It gave me insights to her as an advocate driven by her passion for children.

Hard Choices laid out how she worked as Secretary of State. I understand her method of working with people and problems. It gave me an idea how she would work as a president. My only criticism was her editor could have done a better job in helping her identify the proper point of view to write.

It is a large book, but is is so worth reading.

I read this book last year and I thought how well this "once in a lifetime public servant" balanced family, work, country and the problems in our world. I thought it brutally honest and I applaud her for her public discussion of these issues prior to her being the ONLY FEMALE presidential candidate in history.
Hillary is one of a kind. More shall be revealed as time goes by.

Whether or not you like Hillary Clinton, you can put it aside while reading this book. I happen to have been a supporter of hers, but my friend that can't stand her said that if you read the book, even if you don't like her, it's an excellent insight into the struggles of being in such a vital role of our government.

I agree totally!
