Richard Neville and Nagini are not "show stoppers" though the play authors think they are. Harry will survive Voldemort's AK curse because the Elder Wand is his. Voldemort will get pulverized again and meanwhile, the Golden Trio can deal with Nagini.

Out of curoisity, suppose they kill Nagini while Voldemort is still an earthworm in Albania. Will Voldemort be stuck as an earthworm? Suppose a frog eats Voldemort? That would be a pretty humiliating end to the Dark Lord, wouldn't it?
