They are all serial killers. Name an element that all their cases share, that they would agree was most upsetting?

Their trials were closed to video, so they couldn't gain notoriety?
I know who the bottom two are. Could you give a hint and tell us who the top two are?
The top two are John Dunkle and Roger Kibbe. I actually have no idea whether their trials were filmed or not, K.A., so BZZT!
