ABANDONED. YA novel- young girl with ocd sent to live in a house full of other mentally ill young people

I read this book when i was 12/13 circa 2010- lent it to a friend and never got it back. A girl is sent to live in a house to receive individual and group therapy with other mentally ill young people. In the novel, there's a boy who doesn't talk (?), an alcoholic/drug addicted young girl (?) and a few other characters. The therapist tries to get the main character to touch a toilet bowl.
At the start of the novel, the main character talks about knocking and she puts tissues down on the school bus before she sits down. Father is rich. This is all I can remember
