Can't remove an incorrect author name + editing different versions

Hello! I'm one of the editors of the Magic & Mayhem anthology (link to the ebook edition) and in tweaking our data/listing I incorrectly spelled the name of one of our authors. I added the correct name, but it won't let me delete the incorrect entry (Dev Banthem is incorrect whereas Dev Bentham is correct).

Also, the Kindle edition of the book doesn't have the blurb and has the title spelled as Magic And Mayhem rather than with an ampersand. I don't have librarian access to that version for whatever reason. What should I do to correct this version?

Removed the author name and edited the description.
Please note, a librarian note is not useful for asking for an edit, as the notes are only seen when someone is already looking at that page.

Your author name is Amanda^^Jean with 2 spaces; I fixed that and replaced the "and" with an ampersand on this edition.
