She smiled, biting her lip. She put the hoodie on, feeling better almost immediately. "Thanks," she said quietly.

Ella glanced at him, rolling the sleeves of the hoodie up.
"So you staying this time or are we gonna part ways again?" She said, breaking the silence.
Ella rolled her eyes. "Well, it's almost dark, so you might wanna choose soon," she said.
Ella sighed, wrapping her arms around her.
"How old are you?" She asked, the silence making her uncomfortable.
"Oh, I'm younger," she said, shrugging.
"Wanna play 20 questions?" She asked, looking at him.
"Sure." Eli shrugged. He glanced at her
"Okay, um, before this, what music did you like?" She asked.
"All kinds." He shrugged. "I wasn't really into music."
She scoffed, looking at him. "Then what did you like, sports?" She asked.
"Books? Or did you not like anything?" She asked.
"Oh yeah, you could draw, right? Were you any good?" She asked, smiling.
Eli shrugged. "I think I was but that's not helpful now."
"Hey, shut up. Doesn't matter if it's helpful or not. Have you had a chance to draw since then?" She asked, biting her lip.
"A little bit. Not much." He shrugged.
"That's cool! Were your friends arty too?" She asked, realizing it was more of a one sided game of 20 questions.
She bit her lip. "Eli, I'm sure you had some friends, right?" She asked, sighing.
She glanced at him. "Well then, I'll be your first." She said, smiling sadly.
"How did you not have friends?" She asked, stretching her arms.
"But you aren't that bad. You're actually pretty funny," she said, frowning.
"I had a couple every now and then. They just never stuck around." He replied b
"God, that must've sucked," she said softly, feeling bad.
"How many siblings did you have?" She asked, trying to keep the attention focused on him.
Eli didn't answer. Looking around. "You know. 20 questions typically isn't one sided..."
"Fine, ask away," she mumbled, crossing her arms and watching him.
"My mom and my dad loved each other much, they were supportive and shit, my brother was a douche, and my sister was... Nevermind," she said, glancing at him.
"Alright.." He nodded. Not going to push for more info.
"Did you like to read?" She asked, biting her lip.
