"Okay..." He shrugged.

"Tell me about the other three then."
She watched him, waiting for him to talk again.
"After her was Cory, she was pretty sweet, long blonde hair. Cheerleader. Then she got asked out by the football quarterback and that was the end of that." Eli replied. "Third girlfriend wasn't much different, she was a bit nuts when I broke up with her though."
"A cheerleader? Dang, I've always wanted to be able to do that. I was never very flexible. Also, that sucks. And the third girlfriend sounds a bit sucky too. What about the fourth?" She asked.
Eli bit his lip, not sure how to talk about his last girlfriend. She was the one he'd been with the longest and probably liked the most.
Ella watched him, not saying anything. She knew she was prying, and she sighed.
"Her name was Ally, well, Alaric." He shrugged, thinking of how to continue.
She continued to remain silent, wishing she had love stories of her own to share.
Ella watched him, beginning to feel her nervousness creeping back.
"I honestly don't know what to say about her.." He said softly.
"I'll take it she was really close to you, then. Why'd you two break up? And didn't the soulmates thing mess up your relationship?"
"we didn't break up really. And I never saw her timer. It was always covered with bracelets and stuff..."
"What happened then? Honestly, I think by the way you said her name you really liked her. I wouldn't be surprised if you two were soulmates." She said.
"I dunno. The world went to hell." He shrugged, biting his lip.
"Ah, I remember that day. My mom and dad were freaking out. I was freaking out, Hannah was confused." She said.
She remained silent, not sure what to say.
She drummed her fingers on her legs, sighing.
"I miss my medication," she said, shrugging.
"I used to take this medication meant for calming my nerves but I don't have it any more," she said, shrugging.
She continued her nervous motions, staring at the dirt.
Eli watched, not knowing how to help.
"Let's go for a run," she suggested. "It used to calm me down a lot."
She stood up, smoothing down her hair.
"Hm, let's go through the path. I'm way out of shape, though."
She started jogging, taking a deep breath.
Ella closed her eyes, her mind clearing.
Eli glanced around as he jogged with her.
She hummed as she sped up, feeling a familiar burning in her legs.((I'm going to bed.)
She rounded a corner, hair that had escaped her ponytail flying by her face. She was much calmer now.
Eli slowed slightly. Not used to running like this.
Ella noticed, and she matched his pace.
"Don't slow for me. I can keep up..."
"Eli, shut up. I was getting tired too," she lied, speeding up slightly again.
She sped up even more, loving the feeling. She slowed down soon, out of shape.
Eli fell behind but caught up when she slowed.
She was pretty out of breath. "You good?" She asked.
