She shrugged. "Well, I am fine, so," she said, looking away.
Eli shrugged. Not going to argue.. "Okay then..."
She looked up at him. "Where to next, Eli?" She asked, pushing she mood deep inside of her.
"I dunno." He shrugged. "I'm following you.."
"I had to brush my hair and bathe," she said, shrugging. Bathing wasn't an everyday thing, more like a weekly thing, and she did it in the river, no soap or anything.
"So, I'm gonna go bathe and you're gonna do whatever," she said.
Eli nodded, thinking. He bit his lip lightly.
She watched him, waiting for him to say something.
"I've got some traps set around here so I'll go check them.,."
"Alright, sounds good," she said, smiling at him.
"Now scram and don't come near the river because I will be naked," she said, turning around, heading to the river.
"I won't come near the river." He promised.
"Thanks," she said, looking back at him and smiling as she began walking.
Eli nodded, starting to walk in a different direction. (Night. Sorry. More drama with my friend was going on so I just put my phone down for a bit.)
((Aw that sucks. I couldn't sleep, so here I am.))She reached the river. She slowly stripped out of her clothes, pulling her only other pair out of her bag.
((Yeah. It really does...)Eli checked his traps.
Ella jumped into the river, the water fairly still. She rubbed the dirt out of her hair and off her skin. ((What's going on? Pm me?))
Eli found a few small animals in some of the traps and took them out. Resetting the traps for more.
Ella sniffed herself and she cringed. She wished she had some soap, but she didn't have anything to make it with. She jumped out of the river, using her old clothes to dry off and then rinsing the clothes out as well.
Eli stayed away from the river. He looked around, thinking
Ella hug the wet clothes on a random branch, putting on the other pair. She parted her hair, taking out a comb.
Eli sighed, tired from not sleeping well and blood loss.
She combed through it, getting the tangles out. She quickly did two Dutch braids, not tying them. Ella stood, grabbing her stuff.
Eli thought for a moment, unsure if he'd checked all the traps
She started walking around. "Eli?" She called, biting her lip.
Eli faintly heard her but didn't recognize she was calling for him.
"Eli!" She said again, crossing her arms over her chest.
He heard his name. "Yeah?!" He called back
"Wait, keep talking!" She said, so she could follow his voice.
She heard him, and she turned. "Again?" She said, frowning.
"Sorry, just needed your voice," she muttered, seeing him. She began walking towards him.
"Yeah." He held up the two rabbits he'd caught.
"Ooh, nice. You have to teach me how to set up traps," she mumbled.
She smiled at him. "Have you changed the bandage?" She asked.
"Not yet. I was instructed to stay away from the river."
She smiled too, rolling her eyes.((I'm going to bed, night))
((Night)) "Am I allowed near the river now?"
"Shut up, you are," she said, grinning.
