The water fields are at the base of the mountains. It is a large area that is full of ponds and marshes that range in size. Growing in the shallow water are a variety of plants and flowers. In Kurai, the flora has a bright glow to it, which is what they mostly use as a light source. The Iomir can use torches to light their way, but easily get burned and heated, so seeing someone with one is unlikely.
