Trying to find an old Milss&boon book! /s

Hi, am trying to find a book - married couple, with teenage daughters (triplets!)..they got married v young when she falls pregnant. He is now a successful businessman, and she is going through a mid life crisis wondering if he still loves her . I remember she loses weight and brings out an exercise book (all this while he is away on a longish business trip, if only real life was that easy!)....of course all ends well. Anyone have any ideas what this book is??
