Looking for Beta Readers and Book Editor

My book is in the non-fiction genre. Title: Work-Life Balance. I discuss the myths, the truths and the remedies of work-life balance issues facing our society today. I take a dramatically different view from the traditional view of work-life balance and redirect the quest for a meaningful and rewarding life. I could use some (though minimal) substantive editing, but mostly I need copy editing. The book is 95% complete. Any help is greatly appreciated.
