Sigma Alpha Epsilon, or Sig Alphs as some call it, a lot of the boys in the fraternity are what others like to label 'Outcasts'

Don't let the pretty exterior of this house fool you, there are plumbing problems, roof leaks, and other things wrong with this smaller frat house.
