Here is a compiled list of Greek Monsters, Creatures, and Enemies.
*Agrius and Oreius - (view spoiler) They are the bear twin grandsons of Ares.
*Argus - Argus looks like a typical blond surfer dude, with the exception that he has a hundred blue eyes all over his body and supposedly has one on his tongue; which is the main reason why he doesn't talk much. (view spoiler)
*Basilisk - (view spoiler)They are little green snakes with an expandable collar of white spikes around their necks. They can breathe fire and their touch is poisonous. They can be as long as a man's arm.
*Carnivorous Sheep - (view spoiler) These sheep are man-eating sheep. They appear like normal rams or Urial. However, don't let the horns be the distraction. These beast eat and hunt like wolves.
*Centaur - (view spoiler) Centaurs have the torso and head of a man, and body of a horse. They also are great healers, excellent swordsmen and amazing archers. Centaurs are descendants of Centaurus, the child of Ixion and Nephele. Centaurus brought them into existence by mating with the Magnesian Mares.
Centaurs are best known for their fight with the Lapiths - a civilized, Thessalian tribe, caused by their attempt to carry off Hippodamia and the rest of the Lapith women on the day of her marriage to Pirithous, king of the Lapiths and son of Ixion. This fight came to be known as the Centauromachy.
Centaurs were notorious for being overly indulgent drinkers and carousers, given to violence when intoxicated, and generally uncultured delinquents. Each Centaur was also wild and lusty, except for the most well-known centaur, Chiron. True centaurs were born of sun and raincloud, until the female centaurs (called Centaurides) came from some normal horses, and centaurs started out like normal creatures, from conceived from baby to adult. Chiron was another exception. He was born from Kronos and the nymph Philyra. He was half-horse because Kronos was half-horse when he was with Philyra.
*Cyprian Centaur - (view spoiler) Much like regular centaurs these beast are bloodthirsty for the blood of demigods. They are true monsters when it comes to centaurs with no kindness in their hearts only the thrill of the hunt. Some have horns of bulls while others hold the horns of rams, but the far more agile and vicious are those with the body of large deer and stag horns.
*Cerberus - (view spoiler)Cerberus is an enormous, semi-transparent, "pure-bred three headed rottweiler" who guards the gates to the Underworld. He is also Hades' most beloved pet. Cerberus is the King of Hellhounds and Guardian of the Underworld. His children are the Hellhounds.
The eldest child of Typhon and Echidna, Cerberus is the only one who works for the Olympians directly, being fiercely loyal to his master Hades. Cerberus has three heads and one body and likes to play with Mrs. O'Leary and rubber balls. Cerberus is also sometimes affiliated with the Graeco-Egyptian god Serapis.
*Charybdis - (view spoiler)Charybdis was once a beautiful naiad, the daughter of Poseidon and Gaea. She takes the form of a huge mouth that swallows great amounts of water and debris three times a day, creating multiple massive whirlpools. The myths say that Charybdis lay on one side of a blue, narrow channel of water. On the other side of the strait was Scylla, another sea monster. The two sides of the strait are within an arrow's range of each other, so close that sailors attempting to avoid Charybdis will pass too close to Scylla and vice-versa. The phrase "between Scylla and Charybdis" has come to mean being in a state where one is between two dangers and moving away from one will cause you to be in danger of the other. It is the origin of the phrase "between the rock and the whirlpool"-the rock upon which Scylla dwelt and the whirlpool of Charybdis-and may also be the genesis of the phrase "between a rock and a hard place." The mouth of Charybdis is surrounded by mist, smoke, and water.
She anchors herself to a black reef, with a small fig tree on top. Charybdis herself has slimy lips and mossy teeth, each tooth being about the size of a rowboat. Her teeth are also covered in bands of corroded metal (similar to braces), with pieces of fish, driftwood, and floating garbage stuck between them. Her mouth is nothing but a huge black maw with bad teeth alignment and a serious overbite.
*Chimera - (view spoiler) The Chimera ("she-goat", also spelled "Chimaera") is the monster offspring of Echidna and Typhon. In ancient myths, the Chimera was killed by Bellerphon on Pegasus when Bellerphon jammed a lead ball into its mouth. The ball melted, killing it with lead poison and suffocation. The original Chimera died long ago at the hands of the hero Bellerophon, though lesser Chimera still prowl the labyrinth of Crete. Chimaera's children are all considered the children of Echidna, but not nearly as powerful as their mother. The Chimera has the head of a lion, the body of a goat, a blood-caked mane, and a ten-foot-long diamondback snake-headed tail which grows out of its shaggy behind. The Chimera secretes deadly venom released through a bite and breathes fire. The males have one single head while the females have two heads.
*Clazmonian Sow - (view spoiler)The Clazmonian Sow, which used to be called Phaea, was a savage and formidable wild beast of which by no means should it be an enemy to be laughed at. The Clazmonian Sow was one of the monsters whose mother was Echidna, who was called mother of monsters. Others relate that Phaea was a woman, a robber full of cruelty and lust, that lived in Crommyon, and had the name of Sow given her from the foulness of her life and manners, the god's cursed her into being what she was but flying and afterwards was killed by Theseus. Her wings and skin were pink like a flamingo's that destroy all in its path, and she was able to rip up entire forests with her hooves and destroy wildlife with her noxious breath. It belches poisonous gas.
*Colchis Bull - (view spoiler)Colchis Bulls are bronze bulls the size of elephants either made by Hephaestus or coming from one of his forges, according to Annabeth Chase. They are made of bronze, which makes them hard to damage.
They can breathe fire (the only defenses are Medea's Sunscreen SPF 50,000, or being a creature immune to fire like Cyclopes or certain children of Hephaestus who have immunity against fire, like Leo). Their skin is burning hot. They can turn the top of their horns into spinning razor discs. Can spring forward a part of their back to stop people from climbing on top of them.

*Siren - (view spoiler) While many have described Sirens as female spirits who were much like harpies with bird bodies and human heads it is not the case. The male Sirens are very much human apart from having large wings. Their wings are usually the same colour of their eyes which vary in more ways than mortals. The females look very much like mermaids apart from their ferocious appetites. While the females lure sailors in with their song the males sweep down upon the sailors of crashed ships and rip them to shreds. Both male and females are able to take on a fully human form. The males seduce by touch and looking into the eyes of their victims.
