Okay, this will be our real spoiler free thread since the other is a little loose.

I'm about half way through but it's a fun and lively read. I'm finding it easy to picture the characters and their different personalities. Lots of twists and turns to the plot that makes it unpredictable.

So, I started to get one impression about the nature of this book from the first scene, but then realized that my first impression was entirely mistaken.

I am enjoying the book so far. It seems to be entertaining and well-written. It reminds me a bit of Doomsday Book, but with more action.

It was not as steampunkish as I wanted it to be but I remember liking the book for what it is. At least it made me read other Powers's books.
