Can the author edit the "characters" section?

When I entered the information on my first book, I was able to go to Edit Details, go down to Characters and add information and save it. With this book, every time I click 'edit characters' it sends me directly to my home screen where my group discussion overview is. I am using Explorer and have the same problem on Google Chrome.

Is this not something the author can do themselves?

I believe it may not be, for technical reasons.

But if you post in this group letting us know what characters need adding to what book(s), librarians are happy to help.
