About 80 pages into Black-eyed Susans , which was suggested by Daisy. I've been really enjoying it so far. It switches between the past and present and the tense changes between those to as well. I haven't seen it done before like that so that in itself was interesting. really intrigued by the story too. Anyone else started to read their book? What do you think of it so far?

I just finished A Monster Calls with Perri and I thought it was a sweet little read. Was nice to read between heavier books... Also the illustrations were so neat. Great choice Perri!
Finished Book:Black-eyed Susans and really liked it. thanks Daisy for picking it for me. It have a nice twist I didn't see coming and I really enjoyed the main character
Vera and I read Gone the next. I couldn't finish but she did. I was just bored out of my mind. I tried to read it because I knew she was but got to 50% and had to give up. :0( Not a good first time book pal, I will try to do better next time :0)Gone The Next
