(Two more duplicates of this list have appeared since I last posted, and this one doesn't have any votes apart from the list starter, although this does: https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1... )
There really needs to be a better policy to avoid this sort of duplication. (The duplicates really should be deleted as soon as possible but it seems this no longer goes on.) People wouldn't know where to vote. (I'm not voting on any of these because there are so many, but I would have if there was one, or maybe there were two with one clearly being used a lot more.)
If a standard librarian removed a duplicate list like this (not a list with no other votes the librarian had themselves created, but one made by another user) would it be contrary to policy / the sort of thing one could lose librarian status over? Still not clear from the thread whether I should/could have just got on with it in the first place, or whether it was supposed to be posted on here.
