No, no overlap. Though, I did have two people from that challenge each choose one! So I can make progress on a few challenges by reading them!

Sheila ~ I choose

for you. Enjoy!"Well, I guess not. Looks like you already got your picks. Sorry that it took me two days to post the choices. I thought we had until the 28th and I was out of the country all last week. I just got back last night.
You weren't late Jennifer. I was just antsy to get my picks since I am leaving for a very long by car vacation this morning and wanted to be sure I had the picks with me. I'll read your picks as well. Thanks.
Apologies
I wanted to apologize to all the participants in the challenge. I have returned from my anniversary vacay and I received a number of pm's from you.
1) First, I'd like to thank Pat/Pepperpot for overseeing the challenge while I was gone. I appreciate you.
2) I am sorry that I didn't plan properly to anticipate my departure, and thus ended up rushing you all with the bookshelves & pairs.
3) I am also sorry that many of you felt rushed to pick for your person even though you are still within the period of picking. Some people had communicated that they were leaving out of town and wanted to know their books, but I should have adjusted the time-frame better for that.
4) For those who missed the deadline for posting their shelves, I will send pm's next month for reminders.
I am sorry my actions hurt your feelings and I will try to be much better next month.

I for one......Like the short posting and picking period......Then I know what books I can't touch till next month....:)And I think you doing an excellent job Ezi !!!!!!!!
Goodness me Ezi everyone deserves some time off!!I think you do an amazing job, so have a virtual hug off me and stop worrying xx
When we all start getting paid for picking and reading and being a moderator then we can complain...Up to that point everyone needs to step back, take a deep breath and remember this is for FUN. Put on some lipstick..you'll be fine.
how have you finished your June book already? Vicci, don't you believe in sleep?
Thanks Sue, Pat, Melissa, Debbie, Vicci and everyone else for the comments above. I have been avoiding the thread since I got back:D
Today is my hubby's bday and the kids voted to take him to I-Hop because some dude twists balloons into shapes like animals and stuff. The kids want their dad to get a balloon. LMAO. I won't be letting them pick my birthday restaurant

He said that didn't count as a birthday dinner. So we will go to a Steak house this weekend with the kids:D
my 4 year old son Gideon is scared of Chuck E. Cheese and clowns and he said Scar in the Lion King is scary. Oh yea, he claims Ilysa in Frozen is a Bad guy because she hurt her sister

haha, well my hubby is watching the football (soccer) and i usually fall asleep so i just thought i'd check to see if i liked the author!!
it's good so far, like a "how far would you go to protect your kids" type of book.
HayleyBlack Sheep 5 stars! I know I read most of Georgette Heyer books when I was a teenager, but I am finding I've remembered very little of them. I'm sure that a lot of the humor went right on by me. The MCs of Black Sheep are both imperfect, but loveable and funny. Highly recommend this book.
Wood, Screws, & Nails 3 stars
Fun, fast read with some smokin' hot scenes. Why not 4 stars? Seriously, I hated the MC son. The writers did a bit too good of job in making me dislike him - -it interrrupted my enjoyment of the story.
Thanks for these picks Hayley!
Thanks to our hostess, Ezi, as well.

, my second dusty book of the month. This is such a fun series. I had read two out of order so now I'm going back to read in order. I'm so picky about that.

I felt it was ok not as good as rest of series...kind of long and drawn out in spots....but the good spots were very good...lol Three stars is good for me....it is very rare I ever give a book 5 stars.
I finished both the books picked for me by Pat as well as the 2 books picked for me by Jennifer. while on vacation.
and
and
and
In total I listened to 11 books while driving 2,000 plus miles.
I wouldn't recommend it, although we had a great time seeing sights and family.
I just finished
and I loved it! One of the best books I've read and I have a new favorite couple. Can't wait to read the rest of the series. I'm giving this 5 Stars. Review coming later.

I like the series but its never been that earth shattering. I've never really understood Bones's attraction. I'm more of a Vlad fan myself.

I love Bones accent, his sexual prowess, his wit and his kick ass skills. Also, his friends and their banter.
