She smiled a bit "I hope so." she held Ryder's hand."Laaaanding."
Ryder looked up at them and smiled."Oh finally." she said stretching a little
"Ryder! I love you." she said to him. "Yesss. Look out the window. It's amazing."
Ryder giggled and squirmed to get closer to them both, "I wove you too!" He said loudly.She turned a little and looked out the window with a smile, "Oh its awesome." she said softly
She smiled "Do you love daddy more or mommy?""Yeah." he said softly looking out as they descended.
Ry looked between his parents and yelled, "I wove Daddy and Mommy." Michael laughed softly.She watched as they landed
"My baby is so smart!" she smiled widely. he rubbed his ears a bit as they started to pop.
He laughed," I is mart?" He askedShe made a little face as her ears started popping
"Very." she nodded, pulling down so he lay on top of her. "I'm not going to be able to hold him so close, soon..."he stood up once they landed and took out his stuff from the cabin.
Ryder snuggled close to her. Michael nodded a little, "I'm sure he will understand soon." He replied.She got up and stretched a little
She rocked Ryder to sleep for his afternoon nap, and set him down on a soft spot on a blanket in the fort. She went and lay next to Michael.he smiled a bit and kept his passport and documents in hand, moving slowly out of the plane with others.
Ryder fell asleep and put his thumb in his mouth as she put him down. Michael put his arm around her and pulled her close to him.She picked her purse up and walked out right after him
Skylar hated it when he put his thumb in his mouth but let it go this time. She wrapped her arms around his neck.he looked around once they entered the airport. He followed the others, finding the line
Michael looked at their son and smiled a little. He hugged her a little and kissed her head.She followed him around still feeling like she was a little lost
She sighed and smiled up at him, close to his face. he led them to the carousel where their bags would be deposited.
He smiled at her and kissed her nose softlyShe walked after him
She stroked his hair back, gently, looking at his face. he waited for his bag to come up. He picked it out when it came by.
He smiled at her and hugged her close to him, 'I missed being with you." he whispered.Claire watched for her bag and plucked it off the carousel
"You're always with me.." she murmured, holding his face.Carson waited for her then walked out. He got some money exchanged and then stopped a cab.
"I know that but I mean actually spending time with you... Not just coming home you giving me dinner I say goodnight to Ryder then we go to sleep." She looked back at him and followed him around
She smiled "Not always sleep." she teased. "Yeah, I get it. It is nice." she sighed happily.he got them into the taxi and asked to get dropped at the hotel.
He chuckled softly," Okay you're right, but still." He said cuddling with her She got into the cab with him after putting her luggage in the trunk.
"Yeah, at least I get to see you. Imagine what your family must be going through. When was the last time they got to see you?" she asked, making herself comfortable against him. he smiled over at her before looking out the window. He was exhausted.
Michael sighed softly and held her close," It's been a while since I've seen any of them. I wish I could change it." He replied," We can go see them the week and stay a few days." She smiled back at him and leaned her head on the back of the seat
"Hey, that sounds like a good idea. It'll be a change of environment too, I'm getting sick of looking at the same things every day." she said. "I hope they won't mind though. They were never too keen on our marriage."he closed his eyes for a moment and was soon awoken when the car stopped at the hotel. He got out and went to the check in.
He nodded, "Yeah that's true.. Skylar they can't do anything about it now and if we have to we can stay with Jace. He's fine with us." She opened her eyes when the car stopped and got out
"Yeah... I just wish your parents could accept me completely. They haven't even seen Ryder since he was a baby. I just feel so alone."he checked in for them. "King sized bed?" the person asked. Carson couldn't help but chuckle "I don't think so. Two queens would be fine."
"I'm sorry..I didn't know how hard it would be for you.. And you know its not really my mom who doesn't like you its my dad. you see he had the perfect girl picked out for me and I didn't like her."She covered her smile with her hand as Claire stood beside Carson
"I don't know what I lack. It's hard enough having my own parents dead, and now my in-laws hate me." she sighed. "I love you for fighting for us. I know I'll always have you."he led them towards their room, after getting in the elevator.
Michael frowned a little, "I think it's because your not just like my mom." he said softly, "Well you have me and Ryder and now the new baby. I will be home before you know it and my brother will check up on you while I'm away just like he always does." he replied softly pressing his nose into her neck.Claire followed after him as she looked around
She sighed exaggeratedly "Fiiine." she smiled and bit and leaned on to him. he set his stuff down and plopped onto one of the beds, so tired.
He laughed softly and cuddled with her," There's my silly girl." He replied hugging her tightlyShe giggled and dropped her stuff at the edge of the bed and jumped into it like a little kid
She hugged him back, closely. She inhaled his scent "I'm gonna miss you..""So comfyyyy." he chuckled, closing his eyes. "I'm just gonna sleep forever. Goodnight." he got under the covers.
He buried his face in her hair," I'm going to miss you too." He whisperedShe laughed," That's what I was thinking." She muttered kicking her shoes off and taking her sweater off so she was more comfortable
She kissed his cheek "Good. You better."he fell asleep almost instantly.
He gently kissed her cheek as he chuckled softly," Oh I'll miss you a ton:"She cuddled in the blankets and fell asleep
She rest her head on his chest "I believe you!"he woke up a few hours later, it was about four pm.
He grinned," Well good." He replied gently playing with her hair the way he used to when they had been dating.Claire was still sleeping peacefully having woken up earlier and changed into something more comfortable to sleep in
She smiled slightly, twirling the ring on her finger in circles. Ryder started stirring in his sleep, about to wake up.Carson stretched and went to the bathroom to take a long shower.
Michael looked over at Ryder as he started waking up. Before he did though, Michael stole a long kiss from Skylar.Claire stretched a little and slowly woke up as she heard the shower going
Skylar kissed back passionately, knowing they only had a few more seconds alone together before their child awoke. Surprisingly enough, Ryder stayed asleep a while longer than expected.After a while longer, Carson came out, robed, and looked at her, with a fresh look on his face. "The shower's great.." he said nodding, before going through his luggage.
Michael kissed her back deeply but pulled away hearing Ryder moving when he didn't look like he was going to wake up soon, he went back to kissing his wife. Claire nodded," Is it?" She asked getting out of the bed and stretching. Before going to her bags and pulling a few things out
Skylar couldn't help but smile a little against his lips, feeling a slight gladness that her son chose to rest a little longer after all. Her hands slid up to his head and she twirled her fingers in his hair as she leaned back against the cushions and enjoyed. Carson smirked and nodded, "Yeah, I feel much better now. That's the thing about flying. It's exhausting. How did you like the journey? Do you think you're ready for a few more flights?" he asked with w grin, pulling out fresh clothes to wear.
Michael grinned and kiss her slowly and softly. He wanted to remember every little moment they had together so that when he was away he could think back to the little things he did with his wife and son. She shook her hair out of its braid and nodded," yes I can see that they are.. And as long as the flights aren't as long as that one."'she replied pulled clothes out of her bag
She smiled more when she felt him grin. Her hands moved to the sides of his face, cupping his cheeks gently. After a moment she didn't feel so good.he set the clothes on the bed and nodded "Yeah. True that." he said, watching her, waiting.
He continued to kiss her softly as he moved his hands into her hair. He gently started kissing her jaw and neck not knowing how she was feelingShe looked over at him and giggled softly. She pulled out a pair of yoga pants and a tshirt. Claire looked at him," I'll be back in a few." She said heading to the bathroom
Skylar didn't stop him. She tried distracting herself from the sick feeling she had so that she didn't miss out on their moment. he nodded "Alright!" he called then changed into his clothes when she was gone. He put on some cologne and looked through his phone for messages.
Michael pulled back a little feeling her body change against him. He frowned a little," What's wrong?" He asked softly kissing her cheek again and then her jaw. Claire took a nice long shower and afterwards sighed as she got dressed. She didn't want to take too much time in the bathroom so decided to let her hair dry naturally
"Nothing." she smiled a bit, looking at his face, stroking his cheek softly. he sat down, wondering what they were going to do next.
She jerked awake," What?" She asked
