He looked back over at her and nodded, "Yeah... Are you alright/" He asked"How did I do that?"
"I just want to get home." she said softly."You just did." he shrugged.
"Alright." He said pulling out and starting to drive home."Ohh."
She went to the bathroom as soon as they got home. he smirked "Okay. We'll get separate rooms since you want to."
Michael watched her walk into the house ad frowned a little getting Ryder ad the food out,She nodded," That's fine,"
She stayed in the bathroom a while, pondering. Ryder was still hyper and wanted to play."Are you sure?" he asked once more.
Michael set the little boy down on his feet and then put the food down before walking around the house and getting a few blankets to make their fortShe nodded a little and looked at him," Yeah if it's alright with you?"
She came back out after ten or fifteen minutes, looking a little pale."Uhhh yeah. Fine. But if we hang out we might as well share a room."
In that time Michael had stared at the door for a little bit and then gotten to work on building Ryder's first fort. He looked over at her and frowned getting up," Skylar what's wrong?" She shrugged," I honestly don't care what we do."
Skylar nodded slowly, walking towards them slowly. "Actually I need to talk to you..""Fine. You're stuck with me then." he declared.
Michael frowned a little and walked over to her wrapping his arms loosely around her waist," What is it?" He askedShe nodded a little looking at him," Alright then."
She looked up at him "Well uhh..." she started. "This is even harder than last time." she mumbled to herself. "Don't freak out." she warned. She took a deep breath, "I'm pregnant." she looked at him half worried half curious. he looked at her "Great."
He looked down at her unsure of what she was going to say. He stared at her for a long time before what she said really hit him. "You are?" He asked softly starting to smile a littleShe smiled a little and leaned back in her seat
She relaxed a bit when he started to smile. She was still worried. He was going to be gone and she would have to run around Ryder while being pregnant. And it had only been two years since she had Ryder she wasn't sure she was ready for another one. "Pretty sure I am.."he did too and looked ahead. "I'm hungry." he said.
He grinned and hugged her gently," Well this is a surprise." He said softly. "Don't worry I'll be back home before you have this one and then I'll be home as much as you can handle me.lShe nodded," Me too."
"Quite shocking," she agreed. "Should have been safer that night." she sighed but smiled a little at the thought of another adorable baby. "I hope so. I need you Michael, I really do. I can't do this alone anymore.""Do you think they're serving food any time soon?" he asked.
He grinned a little," I'm sorry I thought I was." He said still hugging her," I know an I will be here for you and Ry no matter what," he promisedShe shrugged," I hope they will."
She hugged him back, resting her head on his chest "Thankyou." she said softly. he looked around. No sign of food.
He kissed her head softly," I can't believe it." He whispered softly hugging herShe sighed and looked around
"Yeah... It's scary." she said.he looked back at her.
"I'm sorry I should have been more carefull." He saiShe looked over at him
"It's not your fault completely.." she sighed "I'm gonna get fat again."the food started to serve.
He leaned his head against hers and smiled a little," Well this time you won't be alone."She smiled a little," it's like they heard you,"
"I hope so." she said softly, closing her eyes."Superpowers." he reminded with a smirk.
He nodded a little, "come on and see Ry in his fort." He said softly picking her up easilyShe laughed, "Oh I forgot."
She smiled a little and held on to him. Ryder played inside with his toys.he chuckled and waited, looking out, wondering what was inside the trays.
He walked with her into the Living room showing her the huge fort he had made with the couch, a bunch of blankets, And all of the kitchen chairs.She smiled over at him and watched as they were given a tray
She laughed a little before crawling inside, joining Ryder "Wow, what's this!" she kissed Ryder softly. "Where's my food?"he opened it up, looking to see what it was. It was pasta.
Ryder giggled," It a house!" He said happily. "Daddy eat food." He said as Michael brought in all of their food so they could have their picnicShe opened up her tray and smiled a little seeing what they were having
She put Ryder on her lap and tapped his nose. "no, daddy bring food."he glanced over at her before eating it up.
Ryder shook his head," No daddy eat it." He insisted. Michael chuckled softly," He's right I did eat a little of it and gave him some too." "I till hunry." Ryder said leaning back against SkylarShe smiled and started eating as well
She pouted "You guys started without me..." she said getting a little sad."It's not bad for plane food." he said.
Michael leaned over and gently kissed her,"I'm sorry." He murmured against her lips. Ryder moved and hugged her," I sowwy."
She shook her head," No it's not."
"You're not supposed to start picnics unless everyone is there." she said and grabbed some food.he finished off soon. "Hmm." he said, looking at the time.
"I didn't know if you were going to eat with us since you looked a little sick." He repliedShe finished her food the. Looked over at him," What?"
"I told you that I was hungry though. Now I won't eat." she said putting the food away. She held on to Ryder."Still loads of time left. Wanna play a game?" he asked
Michael raised his eyebrows a ljttle," Then no one will eat yet." Ryder frowned," Mommy I hunry." He complainedShe nodded," Okay what game? She asked
"Okay Ryder." she said and opened a box of noodles for him. She twirled some in a fork and fed it to him."good question.. Do you have any in mind?" he grinned.
Ryder opened his mouth and ate what she was giving him She shrugged," It was your idea mister superhero." She teased
"Good boy." she said as she fed him. She put it away when he was done. She looked at Michael."Just because I have superpowers doesn't make me a superhero." he said.
Ryder all if what she gave him then snuggled against her. Michael looked at her," I think you should eat something." He said softly. She giggled," Yes it does.. Or it makes you a super villain."
She nodded and ate the rest of the food."Whatever." he shook his head. "You'll never know."
Michael laid on his stomach watching the two of them.She shrugged," I guess that's true."
She ate a lot, then put the stuff away. She let Ryder play what he was playing. he nodded. After a few more hours the plane was about to land.
Ryder climbed all over Michael giggling the whole time.She had fallen asleep again
She smiled and lay down next to him, on her back.he looked over out the window, so tired.
He chuckle softly as he watched Ryder wedge himself between his parents.Claire's head slipped to the side as she slept and she leaned against his shoulder
"Do you think Ryder will like his new baby sibling?" she wondered, with a smile.he nudged her "wake up, we're landing."
