“What do you mean?” He wondered as he followed her in.
“Like my party scene.” She said, “or lifestyle.”
“Uh, no, not really,” he shrugged. “Though I’m not of party person myself,” he said.
“Yet you work in one.” She teased
He chuckled softly. “True, but it’s just for income and because I’m good with drinks. Not because it’s fun.”
She nodded. “I suppose that makes sense.”
He smiled over at her and playfully tried on one of her sunglasses. “How do I look?” He teased.
She studied him, pursing her lips. “I not to bad actually. I have one pair that would look hilarious on you.” She laughed
“I’m keeping these,” he said, taking them off.
“Ask me first.” She snatched them back playfully.
He pouted, “can I please have those sunglasses, please?” He smiled, repeating his please.
“You actually want them?” She giggled.
He reached over her to grab them, “yeah, they look good on me.”
“Okay. They’re yours.” She smiled.
He put them back on, “now let me try the other pair.”
“I...I have this house in country.” She said
“I’ll show you sometime.” She smiled, but it was forced.
He smiled in response but didn’t say anything else.
“I keep all my stuff there. Like, from over the decades.” She said
“Clothes, trinkets, books.” She listed a few.
He nodded, “sounds interesting. Fun, even.”
“Endless love letters too.” She winked.
He tsked, “are you trying to make me jealous?” He teased.
“Depends; is it working?” She smirked
"Maybe a little," he said and crossed his arms, feeling playful.
“Because of the times, they’re very poetic and just gushing with secrets.” She grinned
"I can be poetic and I can write secrets," he said, trying not to get defensive.
"I will," he said, "but after we go to the beach. Can we go now?" he almost whined like a kid.
“You’re the one driving.” She laughed
"I was waiting for you to get ready," he said and held the door open for her.
((Wait I’m confused I thought they were still driving lol))

“No I’m just putting a suit on and grabbing a towel.” She said
"Alright, I'll wait here then," he smiled.
She kissed his cheek and got out, heading up to her apartment.
He smiled at her and looked through the car for a charger he used to have for his phone.
She changed into a dark blue bikini and put her clothes on top. She put together a beach bag.
He found it and plugged his phone in so they could carpool on the way.
She came back down a few minutes later, getting in beside him.
"Now are you ready to go?" he smiled at her.
