He looked over at her with a slight frown. “Why?” He asked her.

He sighed and took his glass back to the sink.
“You can come if you want.” She said after a few minutes.
He looked at her and shrugged, “I’m not sure,” he said.
“Think about it.” She said.((Sorry I’ve been working like a crazy person. Full shift today and tomorrow afternoon))
He nodded, “alright,” he said and came back.
He looked down at her hand and smiled lightly.
He shrugged but didn’t know what to say.
“You can agree. I won’t be mad. It comes with the job.” She laughed
“You weren’t being bitchy,” he sighed.
He smiled, “so, what’re we going to do today?”
She pursed her lips, thinking. “I’m not sure.0
“Lets do something fun, all we do is hang around at home,” he pouted, trying to lighten the mood.
“Hmm.” She thought. “Maybe the beach? It’s a bit of a drive but it’s nice out.”
“You can see how pale I truly am.” She teased.
“I know how pale you truly are, I’ve seen it every night,” he said playfully. “How long has it been?” He frowned, suddenly unable to remember.
“Since we met... since we started sleeping together? Two months?” He asked.
She pursed her lips, thinking. “Probably about that, yeah. Why?”
She smiled. “Are you being sappy?”
He laughed lightly and stood up, “do you want to stop by your place?” He asked.
“Yeah. I need a swim suit.” She said
He nodded, “just let me grab a few things for myself.
She nodded and went to put her clothes on.
He changed into shorts and a shirt and grabbed himself a towel. “Ready,” he said.
She made sure she had her stuff. “Yeah me too”.
He grabbed his car keys and walked outside.
She put on her sunglasses and followed him.
He got out to the car and pulled the door open for her.
He closed the door and got into the other side.
He smiled back and drove towards her apartment.
