She nibbled on her bottom lip. "I.... I love you too."

He moved her hair off her face and kissed her sweetly.
She closed her eyes and kissed him back.
He pulled away, just resting his head against hers.
SHe sighed softly and began to doze off.
((Ooohh, maybe he takes her out on a date?))
“Alright, I should get going to work,” he said, itching the back of his ear. It was a nervous habit he used to have and it had come back recently. “I’ll see you later,” he said and kissed her lightly before he turned to leave.
She was finishing the dishes. SHe nodded, turning to kiss him back. "See you."
He smiled softly and then left. He lingered in the doorway and then he started pacing, he was sure he’d be late for work if he didn’t just ask her. But he was nervous and he hated it. He took a deep breath and rang the doorbell.
She stopped her task, looking confused. She dried her hands and went to answer the door.
He blurted out as soon as she opened the door, “do you want to go out on a date? Tomorow night. I’m off work.”
Lyra blinked. She then grinned. “Are you asking me out on a real date?”
“I guess.. I’ve never...” he said, “you know.. dated anyone.”
She leaned against her doorframe, crossing her arms. “Me neither.”
He rubbed the back of his head, “Is that a no...?” He asked quietly.
She giggled, shaking her head. “No, it’s not.”
“No, you wont go out with me?” He asked.
She rolled her eyes. " Yes, I will go out with you."
"Yes!" She exclaimed. "How many times do I have to say it?" SHe laughed.
“Just making sure,” he grinned and chewed on his bottom lip. “I’ll pick you up at 8,” he said. “See you tomorrow,” he said and then almost tripped over his feet when he was leaving but managed to catch himself before he went down the stairs.
"Wait!" SHe went out into the hallway. "Is it fancy?"
“Uh,” he didn’t have anything planned. “No,” he said but he wasn’t sure.
SHe nodded with a small smile. "I'll see you tomorrow."
He nodded and smiled a little before he left, too.
She giggled and went back into her apartment.
He went straight to work. He was in a better mood than he usually was, even his coworker got curious. He waved them off and served drinks.
SHe cleaned up her apartment and evidently went to sleep for the remainder of the day.
He texted her a goodnight text when he got home after work.
She lounged in bed, smiling at the text.
He went to sleep right after, wanting to be in a good mood for their date. He also had no idea where he’d take her.
He started to get anxious the closer it got to 8. He had no idea where he was going to take her and what he was going to wear, for that matter. He grabbed his laptop and started to google it.
She took her time doing her makeup and stared at her closet, biting her lip.
Archer got an idea. It wasn’t much but it was something. He threw some clothes on and left to get stuff.
A lot of her clothes were on the provocative side so she didn’t have many options. But she found a black dress with a flared skirt with a deep neckline.
She slipped on red heels and opened the door. “Hey.” She smiled.
He looked her over and took a moment to swallow before he smiled, “hi.” He said, lifting a small bouquet of flowers.
She gasped. “You did not.” She grinned,
“I read on google that it was what people do on dates,” he smiled shyly.
“Oh don’t be silly. You don’t need google.” She took the flowers with a small smile.
