He shrugged and then looked at her. He got off the counter and held his hand out for her.
She looked at his hand for a few moments before finally taking it and hopping off the counter.
He laid down over the covers, not planning on staying long.
She sighed softly. She was hungry.
He sighed, “I should get going.” He said.
“Yeah, Maddox will start wondering where I went,” he rolled his eyes.
“You need to have a chat with your boyfriend.” She smirked.
He snorted and then leaned over to her, hovering a little.
She grinned up at him and lightly bit her bottom lip. "i'll see you tomorrow?"
He pecked her lips, “tomorrow.” He said.
She kissed him back softly, pulling away slowly. “Okay.”
He pulled away and grabbed his stuff, “see you,” he said and then turned to leave.
She sat up and scratched at her itchy arm. “See ya.”
He left quietly and went back to his apartment.
((We could have Maddox find her and trap her and then he would starve her))

((Uhh, I think one day, Maddox follows Archer, wondering where he disappears to all the time. So then Archer leaves and Maddox makes his move on Lyra. Let’s say Archer forgot his phone and goes back to get it and he catches Maddox in there, trying to catch and kill her?))
((Hmm. I think that’s how it should start, like Maddox pretends to be Archer at the door but he ends up capturing her. I think he should isolate her somewhere where Archer can’t find them, and therefore he proceeds to starve her almost to death?))
((I will))“I need to get milk.” She sighed as she helped Archer into his coat. It was a few days later.
He put his coat on and nodded, “I can go get you some, if you don’t want to go out.”
“You’d have to go the store then back here again, only to leave once more.” She leaned against the wall.
“I don’t mind,” he shrugged and put his bag on his shoulders.
“Alright,” Archer said and turned to kiss her. “See you in a bit,”
She kissed him back with a smile. “Okay.”
He smiled and left.Maddox was leaning against a tree in the shadows, smoking a cigarette as he watched Archer leave the building. Once he was gone, Maddox made his move.
She closed her front door and went over to the kitchen. She poured herself a glass of water.
Maddox took his gun out and sprinted quietly up to the building. He went up to the apartment and tiptoed inside. He grabbed a marker and hastily drew a symbol under the carpet that would trap a demon if they walked into it.
She took her glass of water into the living room and turned on the tv.
Maddox quickly stepped out again and carefully closed the door. He then rang the doorbell.
Lyra looked up, furrowing her brows. She put her glass down and went to the door. “That was fast-“ she began as she opened the door.
Maddox pushed the door open and shoved her backwards onto the carpet to trap her.
“The fuck!” She fell back, hitting her head on the floor. Her ears rung and her face transformed. She hissed and tried to lung at him.
“Oops,” he said as he stepped outside of her reach, an invisible barrier stopping her from reaching him. “That was easier than I thought,” he said, grabbing the edge of the carpet and showing her the markings. “Now, what to do with you,” he said, tapping a finger at his chin.
She cowered in the middle of the circle. “Archer will be back any minute.” She said, her voice several pitches.
“Ooh, I’m so scared,” said Maddox, grinning. “I’m going to kill my first Succubus.” He said excitedly.
