He watched her, lifting up onto his elbows. Though he wanted to say that it felt wrong, he couldn’t. Because it didn’t and her loved it. He growled, “just get on with it.”

((EVERYONE IS GETTING A BOYFRIEND AND HERE I AM, THE LEADER OF THE SINGLES CLUB. Lololol okay, sorry lol))Archer got out of the bed and started getting dressed, just wanting to get out of there. Now that the deed was done, he felt a little more awake and still very angry and disgusted with himself.
((Lolll awwww I’m sorry))She stayed on her bed, yawning. “You must hate yourself. How does it feel?”
((*sigh* don’t be))“You’re right, I do,” he said, “I have to go,” he said and grabbed his bag. He walked out of the apartment without even properly saying good bye to her.
He went back to his apartment and laid in bed, staring at the ceiling, feeling like he was going to be sick.
She slept for most of the day. Sometimes her body needed to sleep for at least a full day since she didnt sleep much to begin with.
He slept for most of that day, only waking up when the sun went down so he could go hunt, hoping it would make him feel better.
She changed and tied her hair up. She left her apartment, throwing up her hood.((So my boyfriend thinks that the Christmas gift he got me is going to get him laid. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED)
He went into the forest and started laying out stronger and larger tramps. He wanted to go for one of the bigger ‘fish.’ He grabbed his gun and hid, laying down the dead body of an animal he had found.
((Apparently, it’s an object, and it’s personalized. I’m so mad that I can’t figure it out LOL))She went to the forest, knowing he’d be there. She went into her normal hiding spot in a tree close to him. It was eerily quiet that night. “You’re not going to catch what you want to.” She said.
((Loool omg. Sounds promising.))Archer closed his eyes and stiffened. “What do you want, Lyra?” He asked her
She shook her head. “I’m not the ones you hunt. The ones you hunt aren’t fully manifested. They’re destructive and dumb and blind.” She explained to him.
He looked at her but didn’t answer. He looked away and then he heard a rustling in the leaves. “Shhh,” he said quietly, positioning his gun correctly.
He ignored her, giving her a warning look, peering over the tree. He saw a figure and aimed his gun, silent.
It was a moment before he heard his traps go off silently. Then he saw the figure, aimed and then started shooting.
He shot it in the chest. Then he looked over at her to find her gone. He looked back at the demon and went to dispose of the body.
He got back to his usual routine of killing demons and disposing their bodies. Then he went back to the city.
She stayed down by the pier, her mouth bloody and her hair a mess. She sat at the edge or the dock, looming over the water.
Archer got into his car and drove back home. When he parked, he didn’t go in, though. He found himself starting to walk as he thought about Lyra.
He wasn’t sure when or how he reached the pier but then he spotted her. He put his hand on the gun he kept in his side instinctively but approached slowly.
