"You've already disappointed me." She cried. "I'm your wife, Elian. That means you and I are in this whole thing together. You're not alone with this anymore." She wiped at her face. "We have a family, Elian."

"I'm sorry," he repeated, "I know, I didn't mean to," he said, wrapping his arms around her carefully, expecting her to pull or to push awayz
She didn't pull away but she didn't hug him back, either. "I'm going to get you new ones. These expired." She murmured.
He hugged her for a moment and then shook his head, "I can't. They make me feel really heavy and weird. They don't help like the old ones."
"Well you need to take something until we can get yo in to see Dr. Moyse." She said
He nodded and carefully let her go. "They don't help," he said.
"They do though." She said gently.
He shook his head and sat done, "I just feel heavy when I'm on them," he said.
"Well you might have to live with it." She said. "Your medication is always going to have a side effect, babe".
She nodded slowly. "Im going home."
"Come home, okay? No more bar." She gave him a look.
He nodded, "okay." He said, nodding again.
"I'm serious, Elian. If you go to the bar...don't bother coming home tonight."
She looked at him for a moment then nodded. She picked up Alexei's carrier.
He watched her and then followed her out of the room.
He watched her leave, waving to Alex.
She put him in the car and got behind the wheelZ
He sighed and went to grab the ink and everything.
He tattooed his first customer but then left, starting to just wander around again.
Because he wandered off, an employee called Natalia.
For once, Elian had his phone with him and it wasn't silenced. He didn't go to a bar or anything, though, just went on a little walke.
"Where are you going?" She demanded.
"Walking," he said and then sat down on the sidewalk somewhere. "Now I'm sitting."
"If you're going to wander then just come home." She sighed
"Because I don't want you wandering." She quad
"I'm not going to go to a bar," he sighed.
"I'm not saying you are." She said
He sighed and then admitted, "I don't know where I am."
"What's around you? I'll come get you:" she said
He looked around, "houses. A nursery... an ice cream truck."
She sighed, "stay there okay? I'll come bye you."
He nodded even though he knew she couldn't see. "I'm sorry," he said.
She hung up. With a heavy sigh she packed up Alexei and drove to his location.
He was still seated on the sidewalk, playing with a rock he'd seen on the floor.
She pulled up beside him and unlocked the door. "Her get in." She said.
He looked up. He hesitated before he stood up and got into the car.
Once he was in, she began to drive. Alexei made noises in the back.
He turned back to look at him. He smiled lightly, "someone is in a good mood today."
Natalia nodded. "He is." She said simply. She drove home.
He heard her tone and turned back around to face the front. He sat down like a kid who had just been scolded, staring at his hands.
