She rubbed her face. "Well I have two kids here I can't leave the house. Could you...maybe drop him off? I can pay for you gas."

"Uh, sure, I guess," he said. "Come on, buddy," he said and got a slurry voiced Elian up and stumbling. He lead him off. "I'll give you my number, text me your address," he said.
She texted him their address. "Amelia, can you play in your room for a little while?" She asked her nicely.
Nigel got the address and started driving him to the address Natalia had sent. He passed out in the car. When they reached, Nigel went to his side of the car and got Elian awake and out but as soon as he did, Elian fell to his knees and threw up.
Amelia complied and went into her bedroom.Natalia met them outside on the driveway. She flinched when Elian puked on the grass. She held out fifty bucks. "Thank you."
"What? No, that's too much," he said, shaking his head. "You know what? It's on the house, keep it," he said and then flinched a little at Elian when he started throwing up.
"are you sure?" She said, then sighed, nodding. "Could you at least help me get him into the house?" She crouched down by Elian, rubbing his back.
Elian was staring up at the ceiling. He grinned when he saw Natalia. "Hello, beautiful. Whats the sun doing out so late at night?" He asked, flirtatiously.
She just stared at him angrily. "Are you fucking kidding me Elian? You went to and got drunk? All day?!"
"I only had one drink," he said innocently. "Okay fine... two drinks," he said. "It's okay, beautiful. Because you're beautiful. Did I ask why the sun is out so late at night?" He asked, voice slurred.
She threw a pillow and a blanket at him. "You're sleeping out hers tonight." She then went into the kitchen, filling a large glass with cold ice water.
He grumpily sat down and drank his water. "Cut me someslack, okay? My ex girlfriend just died. I'm allowed to be upset."
"Yes I know that. But for someone who used to be an alcohol and dug addict, it's unacceptable," she sighed.
She gave him a look. "I understand that you're hurting but you can't deal with your feelings this way." She said. "Do you really want to risk losing amelia again, and now your son?"
She shook her head. "Maybe if you were a little more rambunctious, yes." She said. "Also, answer your phone when I call. Something could have been wrong with Amelia or Alexei. Or even me."
He followed her to their room and put his pillow down. Then he got into bed without bothering to change.
"Okay," he said, nodding. "I love you," he said sleepily, "why's the sun out so late at night?" He asked. "You know, that basically means you're as bright as the sun so you're beautiful," he said, still sleepy.
She couldn't help but giggle a little. "Alright. Whatever you say." She went into their bathroom, filled a glass of water and put it by his nightstand. She then went to her side of the bed.
