Natalia leaned against the car for a minute, groaning.

He quickly helped her into the back seat and got in beside her.
"Everyone in?" Rebecca asked while stating the engine.
She nodded and started driving. Natalia breathed deeply as she leaned back in her seat.
"Fuck I'm being split in half!" She cried out.
Elian was silently freaking out, unsure how to deal with it.
Natalia shimmied down so she was sitting on the floor of the car. She rotated herself so she could bend herself over the seat, putting her head in Elian's lap.
Elian ran his hand through her hair, "you're okay love, you're okay."
She gripped the fabric of his pants in one hand. "Elian." She cried.
"I'm sorry, it'll be okay soon, we'll get there soon,"
She took deep breaths, breaking out into a sweat.
He ran his hand through her hair. "Hurry!!" He said.
"I'm going as fast I can." Rebecca said.
Rebecca pulled into the hospital parking lot. "I'll head in and give them a heads up."
He nodded and got out before helping Natalia.
Natalia's knees buckled. "I-I can't walk." She whimpered
"Okay, it's okay, we'll get you a wheel chair," he said and quickly went to get her one.
She waited by the car, leaning on it.
He came back with one and helped her onto it.
She sat onto it and held her belly, whimpering.
He pushed her into the hospital quickly.
"Follow me." A nurse fast-walked down a hallway, bringing them to a room.
He pushed Natalia after her, looking for his aunt.
Rebecca was already waiting in the room."Help her dress into the hospital gown and a nurse will be in here shortly to hook her up."
He nodded and immediately started helping Natalia to change.
Natalia could barely stand. She leaned against him and helped as much as she could.
He hugged her and then helped her onto the bed.
She climbed into bed just as a few nurses and a doctor came in. The nurse hooked her up the iv which gave her medicine to held with the pain of the contractions.
He took her hand gently and kissed it.
"Is it over yet?" Natalia groaned.
She whined and looked at the doctor as he pulled the covers back. "I need to see how dilated you are."
She closed her eyes, taking deep breaths.The doctor checked her. "You're at a seven. I think it's safe to give you to the epidural and get things going."
He motioned for the nurses to get everything ready. The doctor helped her sit up, and turn she was sitting on the edge of the bed, facing Elian.
He kissed Natalia's hand, unsure what to do,
The big, epidural needle was brought in. Natalia looked at it. "Oh god." "This will go in your spine to numb the pain okay?' The doctor said.
Elian put his other hand over hers. "You're okay love."
She nodded, sighing softly. The main was still there but it was greatly muted thanks to the medicine. "Elian, keep her distracted okay? I'm going to put the epidural in." The doctor said as he opened up the back of Natalia's hospital gown.
"Did we discuss names?" He asked her smiling. "I always liked the name Noah."
"Names?" SHe lifted her head to look at him. "I guess we didnt.' Noah is nice. I also like Al-" she began, but gritted her teeth and groaned when the thick needle was inserted. She gripped Elian's arms.
"What?" He asked, gritted his teeth because he hated seeing her in pain.
She leaned forward a bit and pressed her forehead to his shoulder, whimpering a little. "A-Alexei." She managed to say.
"Alexei," he said softly. "Are you naming him after someone?" He asked, lifting his other hand to cup the back of her neck.
