Natalia smiled. "So next month we can found out what we're having." She said.
He turned back to her, "huh?" He asked before he realized she was talking about the baby. "Oh, yeh," he laughed.
She giggled. "Did you forget?" She teased.
"Does that mean you're not excited?" She pouted teasingly.((idk what your thoughts are but i was thinking the baby would be a boy))
He laughed, "of course I am."((Sure lol))
She smiled and reached for his hand across the table.
He took her hand and gently squeezed it.
Several minutes later, the waitress brought their food.
He sat up and took a gulp of his water before reaching over to open Amelia's juice box. "Do you think I did the right thing?" He asked softly.
"What do you mean?" Natalia asked.
"With Chelsea..." he asked, playing with his fries.
She nodded. "I think so. I don't know who would joke about having a heart condition."
He nodded, "so you're not mad?" He asked softly. "That I asked her to visit?" He asked.
"I'm not mad." She bit into her sandwich.
He nodded as he finally started eating.
"I don't know how she was before but she looks like she cleaned up a lot." She said
She nodded. "I'm sorry I never mentioned the..," she looked at Amelia for a second. S-e-x part of my addiction,"
He shrugged, "it's okay." He said softly.
She nodded and went back to eating.
He smiled a little and then went back to eating.
Natalia ate a little more than half before she was full.
Elian smiled and finished eating right after.
Natalia used a napkin to wipe sauce off of Amelia's cheek.
Natalia smiled at the both of them. She then furrowed her brows. "Did Chelsea mention why she has heart problems?"
"You might want to check if it runs in her family," she bit her lip.
Elian stilled because that thought hadn't come to mind.
"I'm sure she would have said something if it was serious though." She assured
"I'm sorry." She sighed, "I should just keep my more shut."
"What? No," he said. "Why would you say that?" He sighed.
"I made you upset when today isn't the day that you should be sad at all." She murmured.
He kissed her head, "I'm not upset." He said and smiled at her, "we'll think about that later."
He kissed her hand, "don't be." He smiled.
she nodded with a small smile. The waitress came. "All done?" She asked.
"Yes, thank you," he said, bringing out his wallet instinctively.
"Elian." Natalia shot him a playful look. She opened her purse. "That'll be debit please". She said."I'll grab the machine." The waitress left for a second.
The waitress came back and Natalia paid for the meal.
Natalia shimmied out of the booth, standing up with a soft sigh. Amelia held on to him.
