Ending Thoughts

For one, the one kid who isn't her boyfriend, i guess, was really rude, like throwing that bracelet on the teacher's desk instead of handing it to her nicely, then getting upset when she couldn't figure it out right away, rude. The MC's dad was horrible, and mean. I don't understand why we needed a love triangle here at all. The mythology part needed to play a bigger role. We'll see how book 2 goes. (hide spoiler)]

I would have like more of a story line but it just seems to be about a romance that is doomed Jack must have done something to end the relationship for her to have taken the path she did, get it over with, blurt it out so we can get on with the story. The prequel before chapter one was pretty confusing I think, but the next few chapters made it easier to understand. I really don't like Cole.
