By simple, do you mean he leads a simple life or is mentally challenged?

I mean simple life. But after he gain healing abilties, he and other people who posess similar abilities are going to be kidnap from person want to rule the world.

The book is recommendation from a person who i got in touch randomly. This is all i know...
