SOLVED. historical romance where the heroine gets drunk and wants the pear in the bottle [s]

I know it's not a lot to go on, but recently I read a regency romance where the female lead decides to drink the contents of a bottle with fruit inside. She got drunk and was upset that she couldn't remove the fruit from the bottle. The male lead comes in and explains that the bottle is put on the tree as the fruit is growing.
