Drea Damara (dreadamara) | 3 comments Hello everyone,
I think my new release fits into the DHASG theme. It is book 1 of a series.

The dangerous hero is a lone mercenary who has led a rough life & crosses paths with a female covert agent - he'll endeavor to prove worthy of her as the series continues, although the cards are stacked against him. I was an intel op & created a strong female lead to show how women can be James Bond too, so hope this gives a fresh spin on thrillers for you.

I have mobi copies available and would appreciate a GR or Amazon review if you don't mind posting your thoughts. Many thanks for the interest and support. - Drea

Here is the synopsis:

Never reveal your secrets...

Trinity, an intelligence organization known only through whispers, specializes in covert action. Heading up this modern-day operation is founder Gerry Strakner and his team of skilled misfits. The key to staying alive lies within their code: never divulge your greatest fears or darkest secrets. But sometimes the past refuses to stay buried…

While his organization is under attack, Gerry must let his favorite operative, Caria, fend for herself against a vicious arms dealer. When he learns that she is caught in the crosshairs, his only hope is he’s taught her enough to stay alive.

Now Gerry must call in an old favor to save Caria. Ivan Skavinsk, a reclusive mercenary, is the one man skilled enough to infiltrate the playing field of assassins. But which side is he truly working for? Does loyalty have an expiration date or will deception burn everyone within its reach?

Thanks Kiri. My Kindle died, so I'm stuck doing Kindle for PC for now (insert sad, sad, angry face here). Would you like me to send you a mobi or Amazon gift it to you?
Do you have the Fire? I'm thinking of trying that next.

I feel your pain - I went with Kindle for PC to finish a book and I couldn't read through my angry tears! I was thinking of trying the Voyage this time around? It was a Paperwhite that died :(

No need to send me a mobi - I bought it a few hours ago, I just need something to read it on now lol!

Well, thanks for the purchase. Much appreciated.
Voyage, by the price, I'm guessing it's got a lot more bells and whistles. I'm so behind the tech curve - I still have & use my record player & finally upgraded from iphone3! I usually go with paperbacks, but lately i've been doing a lot more ebooks, so its worth looking into.
I take the ebooks when I travel, but then am always leary of bringing something expensive that can get stolen or destroyed. Go to Greece each spring & getting out of Athens is like running through a daycare with your pockets stuffed full of candy. It's hard for them to get books in English too there, so I usually just take paperbacks and then leave them w/ my Greek friends when i go. Rambling now. Done ;)
