I remember the first time I read this and was so shocked about the word 'bitch'. I know better know about what it actually means but I was all entralled by the fact that there was this curse word!

Pfffff as if Vernon and Petunia weren't obnoxious enough...

I was shocked too Brianna. I think this line is also included in the film. Were I Harry, I would have done worse to her.
