I bought it from amazon. I'm from Keighley and I have a paperback copy and an ebook copy so I can read it anywhere xx

I too bought from Amazon (UK) in paperback. Isn't Amazon great!
And interestingly, I come from an average size town in West Yorkshire, England - sound vaguely familiar???
