Tara Woods Turner My three book series should be complete by end of summer and I want to contact retailers in the area about carrying them for the holidays. My plan is to offer them as a boxed set and debut them on Black Friday. The issue is how to merchandise them. I thought about purchasing custom book sleeves or investing in some small, cardboard display towers. They are slim enough to put almost anywhere with a footprint that won't take away valuable floor space for merchants. Countertop displays are also an option but if there is any chance they will look cluttered I don't think the idea will go over well. It seems from some conversations I have had with retailers that the less merchandising they have to do the more likely it is they will consider adding a new product. Does anyone have any advice about displaying and selling paperback series? Should I bundle them or just offer all three books and let the buyer decide?
