The book im looking for is about a nurse that move to south Africa, or some place in Africa, to meet with a doctor, she has keep in touch with him by letter, after her mother died in England the moves there, the name of the book is something like “the other side of the moon” or “the dark side of the moon” but deftly has “moon" on it, when the nurse got to the place a car was waiting for her to take her in-land in the jungle, I only read the first chapter in a trip i made to Mexico, i stayed at a B&B and the book was there, at the end of the chapter the doctors sister took the nurse out of the house to talk to her and told her that woman die in his family do to the fact the all of them love helping people and being doctors there, and told her the way the women of the family has died in the past. Romantic drama it may be.
